主要职责 Responsibility:1.协助支持销售和市场部门工作Support to sales & marketing team's work2.接收和收集客户需求并反馈给相关部门，跟进结果Receive and collect customer’s consulting and request, while feedback to relevant departments and follow up till to final resolution supplied3.收集产品质量问题，并将信息准确的反馈给公司相关部门Collect the problem and abnormal information related to product quality, and deliver the accurate information to relevant departments4.负责收集、报告并跟进销售合同In charge of collecting, reporting and monitoring the status of sales contract executing5.任职要求Requirements:1.本科及以上学历，良好的英文口语以及书写能力Bachelor degree or above, good English spoken and written ability2.较高的专业素质和较强的沟通协调能力Professional, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
