职位描述：岗位职责：?负责公司全线牙科设备的售后维修与保养；?与公司技术团队配合为客户提供设备售后服务支持；?与技术支持合作，现场为用户进行设备调试、故障排除和设备演示；?通过电话、现场等方式协助用户或代理商解决公司设备应用和维修问题；?根据业务需求，为用户提供设备应用方面的技术培训。Responsibilities:?Responsible for company dental equipment’s repair & maintenance?Work with technical team to provide after-sales service support;?Work with helpdesk to do on site troubleshooting, product demonstration and testing?Help users or dealers to solve product application and repairing problems onsite or through telephone;?Provide technical training of the product application for users as business needed任职要求：?本科学历，医学工程、电子或机械类专业；?较强的英文阅读能力，计算机操作水平及机械技能；?两年以上设备售后技术支持经验；?有口腔行业从业经验者优先；?良好的表达能力，善于与客户沟通；?具备很强的团队合作精神及工作积极、主动性；?能够经常出差。Requirements:?Bachelor degree in medical engineering or electronic and mechanical engineering;?Good English reading ability, computer operation and mechanical skills;?At least 2 years' after-sales repairing experience;?Oral industry experience is preferred;?Good communication skills;?Strong team cooperation spirit and innovation initiative;?Able to travel frequently.
