职位描述：岗位职责：1. Efficient and effective installation and maintenance in the field, Following up and solving technical incidents on the instruments, uninstalling and decontaminating instruments, monitoring expenses and local spare parts usage. 及时有效的安装，保养所在区域的仪器，跟踪和解决仪器的技术问题。仪器的拆卸与消毒，控制维修成本和管理当地零配件库。2. Solving the problem by Telephone if possible, and feeding solutions back to the Hotline. Fixing incidents with optimized costs and quality for the customer, including during weekend and public holiday shifts. 通过电话解决客户问题并将解决办法反馈给热线中心。在任何时间内以最经济和最优的品质解决客户的问题。3. Educating and Train customer: 教育和培训客户4. Operation and recording by following Field Service SOP，Centralizing and archiving technical documentation. 根据公司质量体系,环境健康安全的要求进行日常工作安全和标准流程操作和记录，对技术文件的存档管理。5. Keeping abreast with technological developments 不断寻求技术上的同步与发展6. Good cooperation with distributors 与代理商良好的沟通协调7. Providing introduction of new tests and instruments to promote reagents.向客户提供新仪器和新项目的介绍，推广试剂项目。8. Teamwork and encouraging others to adopt best practices also 有效的团队工作，分享经验。Other marketing or related projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company. 其它上级或公司指派的项目或任务。任职要求：Academic Background1. A degree (college) in medical engineering, mechanics or related majors. Experience in medical device industry, with diagnostics experience a plus.2. Effective communication skills both written and verbal3. Highly computer literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applications4. Has a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies5. Good understanding of the Financial system operated within the company6. A broad based knowledge of the products within the In-Vitro Diagnostics industry7. Relevant and demonstrable knowledge of the market in which MED Dx operatesProfessional Experience:1. Good experience in Service within diagnostics industry. Adequate knowledge about diagnostics products and its major features, applications and advantages. Excellent project management experience and proven success record.2. Medical engineering, mechanics, diagnostics or relevant functions.3. Good cooperation and coordination abilities. Excel under pressure.4.Good language skills incl. Chinese and English (high reading comprehension capability). Can work well with staff and customers from diversified backgrounds.工作地址浙江温州
