Job Summary职位概述:

Reinforce the distribution management in each accountable region

加强所辖区域的分销管理

Main  Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责  :

1. Manage L1 distribution platform(Cardinal Health China)  inventory, and exercise 4 Cardinal regional platforms fulfillment planning by sales forecast.

管理总经销商库存，并按照销售预测计划执行经销大区分平台的订单。

2. Build up DC commercial operation strategy, and streamline channel management processes SOPs, lead to deployment.

确立DC商务运营策略和方针，优化和完善相关的渠道管理SOP流程，并推进到执行层面。

3. Lead channel compliance management training programs, including “Anticorruption “ & “ Antimonopoly”. Conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition

负责渠道合规培训项目，包括“反不正当竞争”“反垄断”等相关法律法规的培训。遵循商业行为准则，合法合规开展业务活动

4. Initiate channel development projects，propel channel capability and improve channel performance

通过渠道发展项目的实施，促进渠道能力发展，提升渠道业绩表现。

5. Coordinate distributor related audit programs with Compliance, Finance, QA, Legal functions.

同公司其它部门合作（如：合规部，财务部，质量管理部，法务部等）完成经销商相关审计项目。

Education& Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:

1. At least bachelor degree in business, marketing, clinical medicine or related major

大学本科学历，商务，市场，临床医学或相关专业

2. Good command of English in both spoken and written

英语说写能力俱佳

3. Good command of MS office software application

熟练应用微软办公软件

Experience工作经验:

At least 8 years working experience in MNC of Pharmaceutical or Medical Diagnostics or Medical Devise as sales manager or commercial manager, or leader of commercial operation or supply chain manager.

8年以上的跨国制药、医学诊断或医疗器械企业销售管理，或经销商管理，或渠道运营或者供应链管理经验
